Owner of Montgomery's Sushi Yama Returns with Ginza

It’s been about eight years since Jeannie Cochren opened a sushi eatery in the former Up the Creek spot on East Boulevard. It was well-received, but she sold the business to a different owner and left, and it eventually closed.

Now Cochren has taken over again and opened Ginza, which features an exhaustive menu of traditional Japanese and Korean food. Options range from charcoal-cooked kabobs, to build-your-own ramen bowls, to curry dishes, to hibachi platters.
